Daniel Ager – Partner

Daniel is head of the Private Client team and undertakes work on Probate, Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney’s.

Daniel qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and joined Watkins Stewart & Ross in 2012

Sarah Simpson – Partner

Sarah is head of the Residential Property team carrying out all aspects of residential property and Landlord and Tenant work.

Sarah joined Watkins Stewart & Ross in 2004 qualifying as a solicitor in 2008.

Diane Yarrow-Smith

Diane is a Chartered Legal Executive with over 20 years of experience dealing with Wills, Probate matters, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.

Susan Driver – Probate Manager

Sue is a member of the Private Client team and undertakes work on Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney.

Sue has worked in this area of practise for nearly 40 years and joined Watkins Stewart & Ross in 2013.

John Annis – Probate Specialist

John started work in 1960 as an account clerk before moving to undertake probate work shortly thereafter, which he still does. John joined Watkins Stewart & Ross in the 1980’s.

Richard Aldridge – Consultant

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and has been with WS&R since 2016. He has a commercial background of over 30 years in industry and concentrates on all aspects of commercial work (including employment, property, disputes and debt collection, etc.) and assists private clients with contentious work.

Callum Smith

Callum is an apprentice solicitor and is undertaking training in all aspects of legal practise. Callum currently works in the Commercial Property and Property departments.

Jensen Webb

Jensen is an apprentice solicitor and is currently in the residential property department.
